Free services

The service is entirely free for women. For men, registration, listing, applying to offers and expressing interest are free.

Instagram & Facebook advertising package (15 €)

The package covers advertising and search only. It does not include the commitment deposit.

• Full refund on request at any time before your ad is published.
• Full refund if we decline to publish your ad after reviewing your profile.
• Full refund if your ad is not published within 7 days of payment and confirmation, unless the delay is caused by you.
• No refund once the ad is published, as the service is then fully performed. You may still ask us to remove the ad at any time.

EU right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase. By asking us to start the service within this period, you agree that your right of withdrawal ends once the service is fully performed, i.e. when the ad is published.

Commitment deposit for men (45 €)

Paid only after a suitable match is found and both parties agree. It is paid once only and remains valid for any later match. It is fully refundable if the other party withdraws before contact details are exchanged, and non-refundable once contact coordination has started.

Success fee for men (150 €)

Paid upon a successful match and the formal agreement to proceed with the marriage. Non-refundable once paid.

How to request a refund

Contact us on WhatsApp (+33 756754067) or at contact@arabmatcheurope.com with your PayPal name, the payment date or transaction ID, and the reason for your request. We reply within 3 business days, and approved refunds are returned via PayPal to the original payment method within 14 days.
