1. الخدمة

Arab Match Europe خدمة توفيق للزواج الجاد، تديرها شركة EKM Plus LLC. لسنا منصة تعارف أو دردشة. التواصل بين الطرفين يكون أولياً وبنية الزواج فقط، وعند الاتفاق يتم إشراك الأهل.

2. من يمكنه الاستفادة من الخدمة

  • من عمره 18 سنة فما فوق، ونيته الزواج.
  • الخدمة مخصّصة للمقيمين في أوروبا. المقيمون خارج أوروبا يمكنهم التسجيل فقط، ولا يمكنهم حالياً نشر إعلان زواج أو الاستفادة من خدمة البحث. وإذا وصلنا عرض يبحث عن شريك من بلدهم وتطابقت بياناتهم معه، نتواصل معهم.

3. التسجيل

  • تلتزم بتقديم معلومات صحيحة ومحدّثة، وبعدم التسجيل أكثر من مرة.
  • يحق لنا رفض أي تسجيل، أو إيقافه، أو حذفه إذا كانت المعلومات غير صحيحة أو مخالفة لهذه الشروط.
  • تحصل على رقم التسجيل بالتواصل معنا، ويمكنك استعمال رقم الواتساب أو حساب الإنستغرام الذي سجّلت به بدلاً منه.

4. الإعلان والنشر

  • تختار عند التسجيل بين إعلان البحث والبحث الخاص والسري.
  • لا ننشر أبداً اسمك أو وسائل تواصلك.
  • يحق لنا تعديل صياغة إعلانك أو رفض نشره إذا كان مخالفاً لطبيعة الخدمة.
  • يمكنك طلب إخفاء إعلانك أو حذف بياناتك في أي وقت.

5. التقديم على العروض والتواصل

  • التقديم يتم عبر الاستمارات فقط.
  • لا نشارك وسائل التواصل إلا بعد اهتمام متبادل وموافقة الطرفين.
  • تلتزم بالاحترام والجدية. أي مضايقة أو استعمال للخدمة لغير الزواج يؤدي إلى حذف التسجيل نهائياً.

6. أتعاب الخدمة

للنساء: الخدمة مجانية بالكامل، سواء اخترتِ إعلان البحث أو البحث الخاص والسري.

للرجال:

  • التسجيل والإعلان والتقديم وإبداء الاهتمام: مجاني.
  • عربون الجدية (45 €): يُدفع مرة واحدة فقط عند العثور على طرف مناسب وموافقة الطرفين، مقابل أتعاب البحث والإعلان وتنسيق التواصل وتبادل الأرقام.
  • رسوم نجاح التوفيق (150 €): تُدفع عند الاتفاق الرسمي على إكمال مشروع الزواج.

للجميع: باقة الإعلان على إنستغرام وفيسبوك (15 €) خدمة اختيارية، تشمل الإعلان والبحث فقط ولا تشمل عربون الجدية. الدفع عبر PayPal، وتخضع كل المبالغ لسياسة الاسترجاع.

7. حدود المسؤولية

  • نبحث لك عن توافقات مناسبة بناءً على المعلومات التي قدّمتها، دون ضمان وجود توافق أو إتمام الزواج.
  • نراجع التسجيلات بعناية، لكننا لا نتحقق من كل المعلومات. أنت مسؤول عن التأكد من الطرف الآخر قبل أي التزام، ويُنصح دائماً بإشراك الأهل.

8. الخصوصية

معالجة بياناتك تخضع لسياسة الخصوصية.

9. التعديلات

قد نعدّل هذه الشروط، ويسري التعديل من تاريخ نشره على هذه الصفحة.

10. القانون المطبّق والتواصل

تخضع هذه الشروط لقانون ولاية وايومنغ في الولايات المتحدة، دون المساس بالحقوق التي تمنحك إياها قوانين حماية المستهلك في بلد إقامتك.

  1. The service. Arab Match Europe is a marriage-matching service operated by EKM Plus LLC. It is not a dating or chat platform. Contact between the parties is initial and for marriage purposes only, and families are involved once the parties agree.
  2. Eligibility. Adults aged 18 and over who intend to marry. The service is intended for residents of Europe. Residents outside Europe may register only, and we contact them if a matching request from their country arrives.
  3. Registration. You must provide accurate information and register only once. We may refuse, suspend or delete any registration that is inaccurate or breaches these terms.
  4. Listings. Your name and contact details are never published. We may edit or refuse a listing, and you may ask us to hide your listing or delete your data at any time.
  5. Applications and contact. Applications are made through our forms only. Contact details are shared only after mutual interest and with both parties' consent. Harassment or any use of the service for purposes other than marriage leads to permanent removal.
  6. Fees. The service is entirely free for women. For men, registration, listing and applying are free; a commitment deposit of 45 € is paid once, when a suitable match is found and both parties agree; and a success fee of 150 € is paid upon the formal agreement to marry. The optional Instagram & Facebook advertising package (15 €) covers advertising and search only and does not include the deposit. Payments are made via PayPal and are subject to our refund policy.
  7. Liability. We search for suitable matches based on the information you provide, but we do not guarantee a match or a marriage. We do not verify all information, and you are responsible for your own checks before making any commitment.
  8. Privacy. Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
  9. Changes. We may update these terms. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page.
  10. Governing law and contact. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
